The only question presented here is whether the court below erred in refusing to exclude the fruits of a search made pursuant to a search warrant. The defendant contends that the affidavit in support of the warrant did not establish probable cause to search, as required by the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, Art. I, 脗§ 14 of the Alaska Constitution, and Criminal Rule 37.
